Lunch: Sour Cream Muffins

A savory muffin that makes a great side dish.

Ingredients

2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 °.
Combine all ingredients and spoon into small, un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
