Appetizer: Cucumbers in Rice Vinegar

A delicious snack or side dish.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 dash black pepper
1 cucumber

Instructions

1. Wash and thinly slice cucumber.

2. Evenly spread cucumber in a container. A long container works best as not as much vinegar is needed to cover the cucumber.

3. Add a dash of black pepper, chill and serve.

4. Note: can also be served immediately and stays good for a week.
