Lunch: Compound Butter
Add some fresh flavor to your butter and mix things up!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons fresh herbs, (any combination of chopped fresh herbs, citrus zest, fresh berries and spices)
2 sticks butter, room temperature
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl use a spatula to mix together the butter and your favorite herb and spice mixture. Store in a sealed container.
