Lunch: Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches
Recipe by Lindsay Funston Breakfast and dessert in one bite.
Ingredients
2 frozen waffles
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
Toast frozen waffles until warmed through and crispy, 4 minutes.
Let cool completely, then scoop ice cream on top of one piece and sandwich with another.
Drizzle with syrup and serve.
