Ingredients
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 wheat tortilla
2 oz fat free mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
2. Spoon pizza sauce over tortilla.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Add seasonings to taste, such as black pepper and Italian seasoning.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are crispy.
