Ingredients

6 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken
2 cups salsa

Instructions

1. Place skinless, boneless chicken breasts in a crock pot set on low.

2. Add Mexican salsa. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours.

3. Chicken will be tender - tear and shred it.

4. Serve on whole grain rice, with tortilla wraps and a side of black beans or on salad.
