Lunch: Thousand Island Spread
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
7 to 10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons finely diced white onion
2 tablespoons distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, bacon, ketchup, onion, vinegar, pickle relish and sugar in a bowl and stir.
