Lunch: Penne with Sausage and Peppers
No need to worry about making a sauce when you can shine using this prepared gravy.
Ingredients
1 lb. Italian pork sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 can Campbell's® Golden Pork Gravy
2.67 c. penne pasta
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the sausage in a 12-inch skillet until well browned, stirring often. Stir in the pepper, onion and oregano and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir the gravy in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.
Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the cheese. Using Campbell's Golden Pork Gravy: Vitamin A 3%DV, Vitamin C 24%DV, Calcium 4%DV, Iron 19%DV
