Lunch: Italian Sausage & Grape Kebabs

Recipe by Woman's Day Kitchen Get those grapes off the cheese platter and onto the grill! The result is fantastic: sweet, smoky flavor that pops when you bite into it. Stick with red seedless—green just isn't the same.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage links
1 c. large seedless red grapes
2 tbsp. olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss the sausage, grapes, oil and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper.
Grill, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
