Lunch: Negroni

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Campari
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces red (sweet) vermouth (I like Carpano Antica)
Orange wedge, for garnish

Instructions

In a pint glass filled with ice, combine the Campari, gin and vermouth. Stir, and then strain into an old-fashioned (rocks) glass. Add the orange wedge, squeezing as you drop it in.
