Drink: Cucumber Butter Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
8 tablespoons (1 stick) good butter, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
Kosher salt and black pepper
8 thin slices white bread, crusts removed
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, chives, granulated garlic and some salt and pepper. Spread the bread slices with the herb butter. Divide the cucumbers between 4 of the slices and season with salt and pepper. Top with the other 4 slices to make 4 sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches into triangles to make 8 mini sandwiches.
