Soup: Vegetarian Boca Chili

A low fat tasty meatless chili.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups meatless burger
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beans
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 1/4 cups water
2 tbsps chili powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2/3 second olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

1. Spray cooking spray, like Pam on skillet.

2. Cook the onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes.
