Dessert: Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Flourless peanut butter cookies make a great treat.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
16 servings 1 packet splenda
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

2. Mix ingredients together. (Use natural peanut butter with no added sugar if available).

3. Form into walnut size balls.

4. Press down in criss-cross pattern with fork dipped in Splenda.

5. Bake 12 minutes.

6. Cool on rack.

7. Enjoy!
