Lunch: Thai-Style Peanut Noodles

There's no need for takeout with this easy, Thai-inspired peanut noodle recipe, ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 lb. thin linguine
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 c. PLANTERS Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. sambal sauce
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. grated gingerroot

Instructions

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; return to pan. Add oil; mix lightly.
Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add pasta; toss to evenly coat.
