Lunch: Butter Cream
Butter cream is the most popular type of frosting because it's simple and easy. Mix it up with other delicious variations too.
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Instructions
Beat butter in small bowl with electric mixer until as white as possible; beat in sifted sugar and milk, in two batches.
