Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk, low fat
6 medium eggs
1 tsp or 1 packet dry mustard
12 oz breakfast sausage, pork
4 slices crust not eaten white bread
Instructions
1. Spray 9" x 13" tin pan with Pam.
2. Place bread in bottom of pan.
3. Sprinkle with cut up sausage, then cheese.
4. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together, pour over casserole.
5. Bake uncovered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
