Lunch: Cheddar and Roasted Garlic Biscuits

Made with chicken broth, garlic, and shredded Cheddar cheese, these tender, flaky biscuits will become a family favorite.

Ingredients

5 c. all-purpose baking mix or buttermilk biscuit mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness™, or Certified Organic)
2 clove garlic

Instructions

Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth, and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork to form a soft dough. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto 2 ungreased baking sheets, making 24.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden. Serve hot.
