Breakfast: Baked Eggs in Bread Bowl

Delicious bread bowls filled with egg, bacon and parmesan cheese.

Cook Time: 25 mins

Total Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

2 thin slices bacon
3 large eggs
3 tbsps parmesan cheese
3 bread rolls

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).

2. Cut the tops off the bread rolls about 1/2 inch wide.

3. Hallow out the bread rolls making room for the additional ingredients.

4. Add the raw egg, pieces of bacon to the center of the roll. Top with cheese.

5. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes

6. Add the tops to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
