Soup: Crab Soup

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp bay seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
16 oz crab
1 cup red split lentils
Instructions
1. Prepare lentils - finely chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
2. Rinse lentils and add to onions with 2 cups of water.
3. Cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes until they have the consistency of puree.
4. Add two cups of low sodium chicken broth, stir and heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add crab meat and season with pepper and bay seasoning to taste.
