Hot Soft Pretzels "right from the oven" make a satisfying snack with our Cheese and Mustard Dipping Sauce. Serve them along with Hot Spiced Cider flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and allspice.

1 tsp. brown sugar
4 c. bread flour
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tbsp. molasses

1/4 c. baking soda
2 tbsp. Coarse salt
