Besides beneficial bacteria, kimchi is also a great source of beta-carotene, calcium, iron and vitamins A, C, B1 and B2. Kimchi and is full of probiotics which balance our pH level and ward off yeast infections and UTIs.

Ingredients

6 small Thai chile peppers
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup kimchi juice
6 Mexican beers, such as Pacifico
Ice
Kimchi skewers, for garnish
Cilantro sprigs, for garnish
Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

In a pitcher, muddle the chile peppers with the lime and kimchi juices, then gently stir in the beer. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with kimchi skewers, cilantro sprigs and lime wedges.
