Lunch: Pumpkin Pie-Flavored Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter
2 c. pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 °F. As it heats, microwave the butter in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
Toss the pumpkin seeds with butter, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 30 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
