Prawn Masala is simple yet delicious and packed with flavor. this i slightly different mathod we are not going to add prawn directly first we are going boil prawns half and tossed in masals so the masala will stick to the prawn an gives good flavour. http://www.vahrehvah.com/spicy-masala-prawns Ingredients: Prawns 250 g Salt Turmeric Green chilly 8 n Curry leaves 2 sp Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Red chilly powder 1 ts Garam masala 1ts Onions 1n Pepper crushed ½ ts Coriander chopped 1 b Lime juice 1 tb Oil 2tb Directions: Heat water in a pan add salt, turmeric, prawns boil this till cooked and drain the prawns. Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, add prawns, toss it and sprinkle some salt, chilly powder, garam masala powder, sprinkle onions, crushed peppers, chopped coriander, squeeze lime juice toss it and switch off the flame.
