Lunch: Brown Rice
A baked rice side dish made with beef consomme.
Ingredients
1 stick margarine
1 small onion
2 cans beef consomme
1 cup rice
Instructions
Cut onion into small pieces. Chip margarine over onion, add rice, then consomme. Bake, covered, in a 350 ° oven for 1 hour.
