Drink: Hoisin Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into scant 1-in. balls. Place in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 ° for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients; heat through. Serve with meatballs.
