Breakfast: Bacon Weave Open Sandwich

Ingredients

3 slices Thick cut bacon

1 slice Cheddar Cheese

1 Egg

Instructions

1.Slice bacon in half and make a weave

2.Cook weave, low and slow, making sure to keep it flat either with a spatula or bacon press

3.Remove bacon and let dry on paper towels, crack egg into bacon grease

4.Top egg with cheese

5.Remove egg and cheese and place on bacon weave
