Cinnamon is one of the best ingredients that someone with insulin sensitivity can eat. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon per day has been shown to be very effective at normalizing blood sugar levels. 1/2 packet sugar free punch drink mix
4 oz lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 small banana
Instructions
1. Add yogurt, banana, sugar free drink mix (like Hawaiian Punch), cinnamon, and ice cubes to blender.
2. Blend until fully mixed.
