A mighty delicious, low fat mac & cheese.

Total Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

5 oz elbow macaroni
0.12 cup white flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
7oz reduced fat American cheese
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Cook macaroni noodles.

2. Make white sauce and add remaining ingredients.

3. Stir in pasta.

4. Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 15 minutes.
