Lunch: Hearty Chicken Vegetable Soup
This easy, homemade soup feeds a crowd and is chock-full of colorful vegetables and irresistible aromatics like onion, garlic and basil.
Ingredients
5 1/4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 package cut-up green beans
1 c. cut-up canned tomato
1 stalk celery
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
Instructions
Mix broth, thyme, garlic, corn, beans, tomatoes and celery in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken and heat through.
