Lunch: Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Recipe by Alison Mesrop Simply drizzle this creamy dressing on top of a bed of greens for a fresh new taste.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk or plain whole-milk yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 1 week before serving. Stir before using.
