Lunch: Bobby's Lighter Vanilla Milkshake
A creamy vanilla shake that's low on fat.
Ingredients
2 cups light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat free half and half
2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
Combine the ice cream, milk, half and half, syrup and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
