Lunch: Glazed Pork Chops

These fabulous pork chops taste like more than their simple ingredients: Sautéed chops are served with a savory-sweet glaze of French onion and brown sugar. Serve with roasted potato wedges and green beans simmered in chicken broth.

Ingredients

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. margarine
6 pork chops
1 can Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

MIX cornstarch and water.
MELT butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
REMOVE chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over chops.
