Breakfast: Banana Pancakes II

A low fat great tasting breakfast.

Ingredients

4 tsps sugar
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 small bananas, chopped
2 1/2 tsps baking powder

Instructions

1. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.

2. Stir in skim milk and bananas.

3. Spray a pre-heated griddle or frying pan with non-fat cooking spray.

4. Cook pancakes using approximately 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
