Dinner: Vegetarian Fajita

Grilled vegetables seasoned with spices.

Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 dash sea salt
1 tsp garlic
1 hot yellow pepper
3 tbsps olive oil
1 small pepper
1 tsp ground tarragon
1 tbsp ground turmeric
2 beets
3 large onion slices

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a deep fry pan or a wok.

2. Add cleaned and sliced vegetables to the oil, then add seasonings.

3. Cook slowly until nice and soft.

4. Note: alternatively you can grill the vegetables over an open flame on your grill.
