Drink: The Beefy Tomato Cocktail

Ingredients

4 ounces jerky-infused tequila
1 ripe red tomato, quartered
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon horseradish
Jerky swizzle stick for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, add the tomato, booze and spices; blend until smooth.
Pour over ice into a frosty Mason jar and garnish by placing a large piece of jerky in the glass.
Note: To infuse tequila with jerky flavor, soak the jerky in the liquor for at least an hour, though several days is best.
