Lunch: Skeletons in the Closet Apple Martini
A garish, bloody good apple martini for your next ghoulish gathering.
Ingredients
1 oz apple liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 dash sweet vermouth
2 oz light corn syrup
red food coloring
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together corn syrup and red food coloring into something that resembles blood.
Swirl the red corn syrup around a martini glass.
In a cocktail shaker add ice, apple liqueur, vodka, sweet vermouth, and, if you like, a little red food coloring. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a creepy skeleton head.
