Basil is an excellent stress reliever, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients
1 tsp ground dried basil
1 tsp ground dried oregano
1 dash black pepper
150 g soft silken tofu
Instructions
1. Blend the tofu slowly into a soft cream.
2. Add the herbs and pepper, mixing them in with circular movements.
3. Serve as you see fit and enjoy!
