Lunch: Sliced Onions & Cucumbers
A vegatble plate that is always on a Southern dinner table in the Summer.
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced
2 large white onions, sliced
fresh parsley, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Instructions
Arrange white onion slices on a platter with cucumbers in the center. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with white vinegar on the side. Always on a southern dinner table in the summer.
