Lunch: Watermelon Lime Pops
Recipe by Molly Baz The season's ultimate fruit is pretty much perfect, so here's a frozen watermelon pops recipe that's just four ingredients in total.
Ingredients
4 1/2 c. watermelon, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. SPLENDA ZERO™ Liquid Sweetener
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Carefully pour into 8 popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.
