Dinner: Baked Pork Chops II

Delicious baked pork chops that amazingly tastes more like fried.

Cook Time: 45 mins

Total Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

16 oz pork chops
3 oz pork rinds
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Melt butter.

2. Crush pork rinds.

3. Dip pork chops in melted butter.

4. Roll in pork rinds.

5. Spray glass baking dish with butter.

6. Place pork chops in dish and add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Bake at 375° F (190° C) for about 30-45 minutes.

8. Note: also works well with chicken instead of pork chops.
