Lunch: Classic Mashed Potatoes

You can never go wrong when you put a bowl of classic, creamy mashed potatoes on the table.

Ingredients

2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes
1/2 c. warm milk
2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

In 4-quart saucepan, combine potatoes and enough cold water to cover. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to maintain simmer. Partially cover; simmer 15 minutes or until very tender. Drain well and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mash until smooth.
