Cinnamon is one of the best ingredients that someone with insulin sensitivity can eat. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon per day has been shown to be very effective at normalizing blood sugar levels. 1/2 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, fenugreek, ginger, onion powder, coriander, cardamom, garlic powder, cloves, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
