Lunch: Sourdough Garlic Herb Bread

An easy and quick bread side dish.

Ingredients

1 slice per person sourdough bread
olive oil, to drizzle
garlic salt, to taste
dried herbs, (equal parts, parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 °.
Place the bread slices on baking sheets. With a pastry brush, brush each slice of bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and smattering of fines herbs. Bake for 10 minutes, until bread just begins to brown.
