Lunch: P.J. Clarke's Signature Slider Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound 100-percent ground chuck, lightly hand-formed into 8 patties (2 ounces each)
Salt
2 slices of 1 year aged Grafton Cheddar cheese, each cut into 4 pieces
Ketchup
8 soft slider buns
Instructions
Salt one side of the burger patties and cook on a preheated flattop griddle for 3 or 4 minutes per side to desired doneness. Top with 1 year Grafton cheddar cheese slice and ketchup, and place onto buns.
