Lunch: Spring JELL-O Jigglers
Vibrantly colored JELL-O Gelatin is easy to make in any festive seasonal shape, with molds in the form of cute Easter shapes like chicks, bunnies, and eggs.
Ingredients
1 1/4 c. boiling water (do not add cold water)
1 package JELL-O gelatin
Instructions
Spray inside Spring JELL-O Jigglers Molds with cooking spray. Place molds, fill-side up, on tray.
Add water to gelatin mix; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into molds. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Dip bottom of molds in warm water 15 sec.; invert onto plate. Shake mold gently to remove Jigglers. Keep refrigerated.
