Dinner: Mango-Elderflower Margaritas
Ingredients
10 ounce frozen mango
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons elderflower liquor or triple sec
1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
Puree the mango in a blender with the tequila, elderflower liquor and water until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses and serve.
