Lunch: Spicy Slapper
Ingredients
4 cubes watermelon
1 slice jalapeno, seeded
Splash simple syrup
Ice, for chilling
2 ounces orange vodka, such as Kettle One
Splash cranberry juice
Splash lime juice
Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
Combine 3 pieces of the watermelon, the jalapeno and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Fill with ice, and then add the orange vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with the remaining watermelon cube and the lime wedge.
