Baked: Black Bean Brownies

Delicious black bean brownies low in fat, sugars and carbs.

Ingredients

14 oz canned black beans
4 medium eggs
1 cup Splenda
2 tbsps olive oil
3 tbsps cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

2. Pour in greased 8 x 8" pan.

3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).

4. Enjoy!
