Lunch: Redeye BBQ–Rubbed Steaks

Ingredients

3 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground coffee
Kosher salt and pepper
3 lb. flank steak (2 steaks)

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, sugar, coffee, 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
Rub the steaks with the spice mixture and grill to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
