Soup: Onion Carrot and Ginger Soup
A simple and tasty fat free vegetable soup.

Ingredients
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped carrots
2 tsps ginger
10 cups chicken stock
Instructions
1. Slice onions, peel carrots and dice ginger.
2. Add stock and season to taste.
3. Boil for about 30-40 minutes.
4. Puree in a blender and enjoy a no fat soup.
